Where Creativity Ignites the Mind

Our services
Creative therapy offers a supportive space to explore emotional wellbeing, self-understanding, self-expression, and interpersonal connection through creative activities. Sessions are guided by a qualified therapist and tailored to your individual pace and comfort level.
Rather than focusing solely on talking, creative therapy uses art-making, writing, movement, music, and other creative processes to support emotional wellbeing and meaningful connection with others.
No creative experience is needed. The focus is not on the final piece, but on the process itself—encouraging exploration, expression, reflection, and personal meaning.
Sessions also include gentle psychoeducation, offering insight into the connection between the mind and body. Psychological concepts relevant to each session’s theme are introduced to help deepen understanding of your inner world, emotions, and patterns of behaviour.
Group creative therapy can be especially helpful if you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, and are seeking a gentle, non-judgemental way to explore what’s going on.
Creative Therapy
Price varies: Starting from £35 per group session
Creative therapy combines art meditation and psychology to help provide a better understanding to our behaviours, relationships and daily lives.
When we understand internally, scientifically, physically and emotionally what is going on internally & externally and where it stems from, it’s much easier to let go and move forward to live a healthier and happier life.
Each session, based on the chosen topic/theme, will include:
Breathe work
Gentle guided meditation
Discussion around the psychological side of how the topic affects us both physically and mentally and how it plays a role in our daily lives and relationships
Guided creative activities - you do not need any art experience to take part
You will have the opportunity to reflect on your experience, either privately or with the group. Sharing is always optional, and everyone is encouraged to participate at their own comfort level.
Sessions are theme based and designed to be safe, respectful, non-judgemental and inclusive, leaving you feeling calm, happy and inspired.
Why Group Creative Therapy?
Working creatively in a group can help:
Express emotions that are difficult to put into words
Reduce stress and anxiety
Build self-awareness and confidence
Feel less alone through shared experience
Develop healthier ways of coping and connecting
Cost effective therapy
Improve social and communication skills
What to Expect
You will be welcomed into a calm and peaceful environment, beginning with a short guided meditation or breathing exercise to help you settle into the present moment. You’ll then be invited to engage in a relaxed, intuitive art-making process—such as drawing, painting, or mark-making—at your own pace.
There is no pressure to talk or share, though gentle reflection may be offered if it feels helpful. The session is designed to be quiet, nurturing, and accessible, allowing you to focus on the experience rather than the outcome.

Art Meditation
Price: £15 pp (price may vary if combined with other services or extra benefits in the session)
Art meditation group sessions combine gentle creative activity with mindfulness and relaxation practices. These sessions offer a calm, supportive space to slow down, tune in, and express yourself through art in a reflective and grounding way.
Art meditation is not about creating a finished artwork or having artistic skill. Instead, the focus is on the process—using simple materials, mindful attention, and creativity to support relaxation, self-awareness, and emotional balance.
These are group settings to help enhance our social skills, ease our nervous system and leave us feeling overall happier and calmer than when we started.

Creative therapy can support both your employees and the people they work with by fostering emotional wellbeing, communication, and connection.
For employees, it provides a psychologically informed outlet to manage stress, build resilience, and reflect on their experiences, helping to prevent burnout and maintain a healthy work-life balance. At the same time, it equips them with creative, person-centred approaches they can use in their roles, particularly when working with individuals who may struggle to express themselves verbally.
For those receiving support, creative therapy offers a safe and accessible way to explore emotions, build confidence, and feel heard. As a result, it strengthens relationships, enhances understanding, and contributes to more compassionate and effective support overall.

“Before attending - I thought Creative art therapy was using creativity to help with emotions and mental health. I assumed it was a therapy option more suited to artistic/creative individuals.
I didn’t think it would help because I'm not artistic so I wasn't sure how much I would personally benefit from going but I was happy to give it a try.
After attending - The session was very beneficial as it introduced a welcome but surprising outlet to express thoughts and emotions.
It was educational and the therapist makes you feel your feelings are validated. It was an emotional but positive experience. I left with a heightened awareness of the way in which creativity regardless of artistic ability is a great outlet and the confidence to use it in the future.”
