Summer Sunrise

Ah, the last true month of summer, with butterflies and flowers still on the rise. Distress Inks & large daubers were used to create the sunset (love this technique), then added flourishes from the Cindy Loo Cricket Cartridge, pearls, rhinestones and a few yellow flowers (from the bridal section of Michaels), and a butterfly sticker from K&Company. A light, whimsical image overall –  still enjoying the sunrises of summer! I’ll be entering this card into Simon Says Stamp’s Wednesday Blog Contest this week (their focus is “Summer”).
